Baking has been a life long love and hobby of mine. While my mom and sister were definitely the masters when I was a little girl, (I was only ever allowed to make the tollhouse bars), over the years I’ve combined their knowledge with new techniques and trends in baking that I’ve taught myself; with lots of tasty trial and error along the way. My husband Joey and I decided to have cupcakes at our wedding over 7 years ago, and from there, I just fell in love. While I specialize in cupcakes, minis being my favorite, (you can justify eating 3 or 4 when they’re mini), I also love baking cookies, cheesecakes, crisps and cobblers, making cake and marshmallow pops, and just trying new recipes.
